These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing the provision of services consisting in the sale of digital services, constituting an original training program prepared by Beauty Vision LTD, Main Street, Ballisodare, Sligo, Ireland, IE3590754FH.
CUSTOMER – (1) a natural person having full legal capacity and, in cases provided for by generally applicable laws, also a natural person having limited legal capacity, who has concluded or intends to conclude a Sales Agreement with the Seller; (2) a legal person; (3) an organizational unit granted legal capacity by law.

SERVICES – products offered through the Service.
a) access to a network (Internet connection);
b) use of a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Edge, or Internet Explorer);
c) enabling cookies in the browser.
a) upon expiry of the period selected by the Customer for the purchased Service;
b) upon termination of the purchased Service, i.e., the period for which the Seller planned the availability of the Course;
c) upon receipt of a declaration withdrawing consent for recurring card charges;
d) in the event of declined authorization and cancellation of payment for a previously registered card, preventing settlement of the next recurring payment period.
a) identification of the Customer submitting the complaint (e-mail address and data enabling identification within the Service);
b) indication of the circumstances constituting the basis for the complaint;
c) indication of the preferred method of resolving the matter.
A Customer acting as a Consumer may make use of out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims. General information regarding the availability of, and access conditions to, such procedures is provided by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC), the statutory body responsible for consumer protection in Ireland, which operates a consumer helpline and publishes consumer information on its website: https://www.ccpc.ie.
A Customer acting as a Consumer is, in particular, entitled to:
a) use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) – an out-of-court process in which an independent third party helps the Customer and the Seller reach a solution through mediation, conciliation, or arbitration. In Ireland, the CCPC assesses dispute resolution entities and maintains a public list of authorised ADR entities under the European Union (Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes) Regulations 2015 (S.I. No. 343 of 2015, as amended). The use of ADR is voluntary for both the Customer and the Seller;
b) contact the European Consumer Centre (ECC) Ireland, which provides free information and assistance to consumers in cross-border disputes with traders established in another EU Member State, Norway, or Iceland;
c) bring a claim through the Small Claims Procedure of the Irish courts (for qualifying claims up to €2,000) or, for cross-border disputes within the EU, through the European Small Claims Procedure (for claims up to €5,000).
